Before relocating to South Florida from her native New York, Wendy built a successful career as a Merchandise Manager in the fashion industry. Her work took her around the world as a merchandise manager overseeing quality control, negotiating prices and product marketing for major global corporations, including Mitsubishi and Lands’ End. This background honed her ability to evaluate value, manage complex transactions, and execute at the highest level, skills that translate seamlessly into real estate.
Beyond her professional success, Wendy is deeply committed to her community. She has played a leading role in organizing, coordinating, fundraising, and chairing major philanthropic and professional initiatives throughout Palm Beach County. Her involvement includes chairing the Maccabi Games at the Bank Atlantic Center for the JCC, Women’s Philanthropy Major Gifts Vice Chair for the South Palm Beach Jewish Federation, sat on the FIDF board, Federation Board, JCC board, and is Vice President of Signature Gives Back, the philanthropic arm of the Signature Real Estate Cos that has raised and donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to help local organizations. In recognition of her dedication to service, Wendy has been honored with a Humanitarian Award.
